PURCHASING PROCESS

  • How do I find a particular product

Products are classified into categories and each category into several subcategories.

You should access to the subcategory you fancy using the main menu so you can see the products that comprise it. as well you can use the search engine browser to locate items.

  • Why are there certain products that can not be found per unit?.

Some items are not sold per unit and are sold in boxes, for instance, 6 or 12 units, that is why you have to buy them in multiples of those amounts.

  • How do I add an item to my cart?

Once you have chosen your item you should click on “Add to cart” to make that item part of our order.

  • What steps must I follow to place an order?

1. Go to the cart, clicking on “View cart”. There you can remove products and switch the quantities of them. Then click on “Order processing” "to continue.

2. Insert your personal details, invoice/billing address and shipping address. You have to create a user account if this is the first time you buy and accept the privacy policy. Then click “Continue…”

3. Insert your credit card details. Press “Authorized payment”.

4. In the confirmation screen you have the option of print your order details pressing on “Print”. As well you will receive an e-mail with the confirmation of your order.

  • Do I have access to my invoice?

Yes. When your order is picked up by the transport company, invoice is issued in PDF format on your e-mail and sent to your e-mail. As well you will be able to access to it on the “Delivered orders” section on your account when the parcel in the carriers/delivery company’s hands.

  • Why can my card be rejected?

The data that we ask for the payment must coincide with those on your card. A simple typographical error could result into a rejection of the operation, so we ask you to fill in the payment form carefully.
